The EG4 18KPV is a hybrid inverter that manages power flow between solar panels, battery storage, the AC grid, and connected loads. It utilizes MPPT algorithms to maximize solar energy harvesting, DC/AC conversion to supply AC power, and sophisticated grid synchronization for seamless operation. F01 is triggered when the inverter detects the AC grid voltage falling below a preset threshold, which is a safety measure to protect the inverter and the grid from abnormal voltage conditions. Anti-islanding protection is activated, disconnecting the inverter from the grid. The inverter continuously monitors the AC grid frequency and voltage to maintain synchronization, and any deviations outside acceptable limits can trigger fault codes.
